Swimwear Orders: ================ All swimwear orders must be paid for by paypal only. If not there will be a 2 to 3 week delay before the order is shipped. Instant receipt of payment is required on all swimwear orders which is why paypal is deeply encouraged. Thank you.
Returns: For any reason: ======================== If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, you can request a return authorization number from us via email (inquiries@thecanadianmuslim.ca ) to begin the process. In your email please include the reason why you're unhappy with it so we can improve our service to you in future as well as the rest of our customers. This will also help prevent future occurrences so our customers can be happy with what they receive inshallah. If it is your first order as we know that mistakes can happen you'll receive a full refund including the shipping you paid, provided the steps above are followed. For repeat orders, once received a full refund, less the shipping costs, would be issued within 3-5 business days.
Easy Exchanges: =============== You can exchange a product for any reason, and an in store credit will be applied for the purchase value less shipping originally paid. With an in store credit, you can purchase anything you wish from us in our current or future inventory additions! Store credit must be used within 30 days of receiving the Exchange authorization number. Customer pays shipping of the exchanged item back to their location. If it is your first time ordering from us, and we do know that mistakes happen, you'll be given additional options of how you'd like the item to be shipped back to you at discounted rates. For repeat orders, if the customer purchases a minimum 20$ in additional items to be sent with your exchange, we'll pay the shipping back to their location.

Return Disclaimer: ================== -Final sale on all items and items that are hemmed or altered in any way - If you are unsure of the amount of inches you need your garment shortened, we would suggest shortening it, at your local "dry cleaner or seamstress" when you receive it. -All non-discounted products are subject to this return policy unless otherwise specified for a particular product type or listing.

Ensure to contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, to receive an exchange/return authorization number to begin the process. Within 2 days of obtaining your authorization number, ship the order using the same shipping carrier in which your order was originally received. Be sure to write the authorization number on the outside of the package and retain your shipping receipt until we receive the package intact. Once received an in-store credit for the value of your purchase less shipping will be available or a refund issued within 3-5 business days pertaining to the terms in which the authorization number was issued. SHIPPING: Tracking Numbers/ Delivery Time: ================================ We ship anywhere worldwide*. [Canada] – All orders shipped within Canada receive a tracking number and are received in 1-6 days after shipped [USA] – All orders shipped to USA that exceed 1kg receive a tracking number and are received in 7-10 business days after shipped. Orders less than 1kg unless the expedited option is chosen are shipped via USPS ground and take 7-10 days* to receive. This method is tracked internally by our company. Any special shipping discounts or free shipping that may be offered provided the items are kept. [International] – If a customer opts for tracked shipping, our low cost option begins at $39.99/order and takes 6-8 weeks to receive. Other air or sea shipping methods are tracked internally and are received in 2-4 weeks. Orders beyond 500g take 2-4 weeks the majority of the time. Light weight orders are sent via air cargo can be received in as little as 1-2 weeks but can take up to 4. If you wish to opt for an international express shipping method it takes 4-8 days and rates begin at $79.99/order. APO/FPO Addresses – Tracking is always included. APO/FPO addresses take 12-36 days to receive but there is no guaranteed time delivery as it is delegated by the army base attached to the address. Alaska - Orders take 2-4 weeks to receive.
Chargeback’s: ============= Security checks are done on every order in an effort to reduce credit card fraud to our company. If after conducting an investigation, we ship an order for which credit card fraud occurred, the card holder is not liable. This would be a case where the card holder wouldn’ve placed a genuine order with us. If you are a previous customer and do not recognize a charge on your card, the customer is required to contact us first by phone/fax/email/live chat so that we can resolve the inquiry from our company directly to advise. When you agree to an order upgrade by adding on a product other than what you have ordered, the charge for that item will appear on your credit card as a separate charge. If you have not received an ordered item, the customer is also required to contact us first for a resolution to send it to you right away. If a chargeback is made on behalf of a previous customer account for The Canadian Muslim, and the order was received successfully to the address, and we are not contacted, there will be a $35 US charge in addition to the cost of your order. We do aim to make this process fair and as simple as possible to ensure quick resolution and fairness.
Delivery to wrong address provided: =================================== If an incorrect delivery is by result of being provided the incorrect address, we are not responsible. However, as soon as you realize the error, notify us immediately so a member of our team will work to get your order delivered to your location accordingly. Because shipments are normally sorted by postal code, to decide which post office to hold the package, be sure to include the correct zip code, postal code, and post code. Returns via [UPS/Purolator/Fedex/DHL – Do not use these methods] ================================================================ All returns and exchanges are to be sent via the same company method the package was received. For your protection make sure the package is covered in case it is lost, as the customer is responsible for it until we receive the package. If a package is sent from outside Canada to our location using a shipping method other than how it was received (i.e. Fedex, DHL, Purolator, UPS), and we incur a duty customs charge, this is payable by the customer. Sending packages as per the specifications outlined above avoids this inshallah. Do not send returns via purolator, dhl, fedex, aramex or any fast delivery services.
